What we store

Your email, a hash of your password, your brand name and product set-up, the real photos you upload, your references and briefs, the ads made in your Studio, your decisions and notes, and the times your Claude connected. Generation keys are stored encrypted in the Studio's key box and are never displayed again.

What we do with it

Run your Studio, measure and edit your ads, review deliveries, and send you the emails the service needs: welcome, password reset, master delivered. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. Generation requests go to KIE with your key; voice requests to ElevenLabs with yours.

Who can see it

You, your Claude through its connection, and the people at Moonrise Partners who run the Studio and review deliveries.

Where

On a dedicated server in Germany (Hetzner). Backups stay in the same country.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at contact@moonrise.partners. Deleting your Studio removes your material from our servers within 30 days.
